What this covers

This policy explains how keavkhov.com handles information you share through this website, including the free consultation request form. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices you'll receive if you begin therapy, which describes how your health information is protected as a client.

What I collect

When you submit the consultation form, I receive the information you choose to share: your name, email address, whether you'll be in California during sessions, how you'd prefer to meet, the general topics you'd like support with, an optional short note, how you plan to pay (and your insurance plan, if you select one), and the times you're usually available.

Please keep the optional note general. There's no need to share detailed health information through the website; we can talk about specifics during your consultation.

How it's used

Your information is used only to respond to your request, schedule a consultation, and confirm whether we're a good fit. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

How it's handled

This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and forwards them to my practice email. Submissions may also be stored by those services as part of delivering them. I keep consultation requests only as long as needed to respond and schedule, and you can ask me to delete your request at any time.

Your choices

You can contact me at contact@keavkhov.com or (747) 477-2027 to ask what information I have from a website request, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you'd rather not use the form, you're welcome to call instead.

Emergencies

This website and its forms are not monitored for emergencies. If you're in crisis or need immediate support, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
