Therapy for adults across California
Whatever you're going through, you don't have to work through it alone
Whether it's anxiety, something painful from your past, or a big change in your life, therapy is a chance to understand what's hurting and work toward what comes next, together. I'm Keav, a licensed clinical social worker, and I'd be glad to help.

How I can help
Support for your mental and emotional well-being
The struggles people bring to therapy are far more common than they often seem, and they affect millions of adults every year. If you're having a hard time, you're not the only one, and reaching out for support is a normal, healthy step. Here are some of the concerns I help people with:
Anxiety & worry
Quiet the racing thoughts and feel more at ease.
Depression & low mood
Discover underlying causes and reconnect with hope.
Trauma & PTSD
Work through past experiences at a pace that feels safe.
Life transitions
Find steady ground through change, big or small.
Relationships
Communicate needs and build healthier connections.
Grief & loss
Make room for loss and care for yourself along the way.
Stress & overwhelm
Untangle procrastination, avoidance and burnout.
Self-esteem
Be kinder to yourself and trust your own voice.
Meet Keav
Hi, I'm Keav.
For more than 14 years, I've walked alongside adults through anxiety, depression, trauma and life's big changes, in hospitals, community clinics and private practice. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel truly heard, along with practical tools to feel better.
I work with people from all cultures and backgrounds, and I bring a deep understanding of the experiences of immigrant and first-generation families.
My approach
Proven methods, shaped around you
I use well-researched, practical approaches and adapt them to what you need in each session. Here's what that can look like.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT helps you notice the patterns between your thoughts, feelings and actions, then gently practice new ways of responding. It's practical, structured and focused on the here and now.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT builds skills for riding out strong emotions, staying grounded in hard moments, and asking for what you need, balancing acceptance of where you are with steps toward change.
I also draw on Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). More about my approach
